I had an amazing stay at The W South Beach. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Before our trip, I reached out to coordinate a few surprises for my partner’s birthday, and the Noel not only helped with every detail but made the experience even more memorable than I imagined. The room was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel truly cared for. I can’t thank the staff enough for their thoughtfulness and hospitality.

We have no solution to our problems since the beginning, with the reservation mistake, we paid for 4 people when we were only 2, the breakfast it was included but always was not in the files. The service In to the swimming pool very poor, 45 mini for one cocktail and for coconut water you should be prepared for 30 minutes and the we needed to blame and went to the bar to pick up our on coconut water. The service only got better after Intervention of mister Alessandro, the boss of this team. For finish

This was our second stay at this hotel, and definitely not the last! We stayed for five nights and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food is delicious and offered a great variety every day. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
